ERROR Message: "Sorry an error occured while joining the meeting." by multiple rooms

Hello everybody,
I created about 30 rooms with the plugin. I have integrated all of these on one page with the shortcode [bigbluebutton].
Unfortunately, I get the error message "Sorry an error occurred while joining the meeting." when I try to join the room (user or moderator). It is only possible to join the meeting which was started first.
The error message only appears if another conference is already active.
It is therefore not possible to hold several conferences at the same time.
Can someone help me with this problem? thanks

You should be able to join the meeting even if was created by the admin side.
Can you try a fresh installation or just deactivating the rest of the plugins, and then try to create a new one and join the room?

I can join any of the rooms. Each. However, if user A has already joined a room, then user B cannot join any other room. Only in the room of user A. It seems like it is not possible to join several rooms at the same time.

I have freshly installed wordpress. the latest version. no other plugins except the bbb administrator plugin from you. i created 2 rooms with the plugin. in the overview of the plugin in the backend I click on "join" in room 1. I am directed into the room. at the same time I click on "join" for room 2. I cannot join the second room. an error message should be displayed. but this is not shown correctly. see the screenshot. so i can't be in several rooms at the same time. this seems to be a bug to me.

Where can I see the php logs? In Wordpress or on the server? WordPress in version 5.7.1

Hi dear.

I test it locally, and works fine. I am redirected to the right room.
Can you confirm the issue is still happening to you?
