itolapi export problem #41
Description
Hi,
I want to do batch work using itolapi. I can use example.py to upload my tree to itol website, but can't download my tree figures. The process is stopped as below:

Exporting to pdf
There no figures exported and the task kept on this status. There are no other errors in the screen. However, last year(12 months ago) , i'v used this script successfully. But now, even i run tree files used in last year, the task is also stayed in that way.
Could you give me a help to solve this problem. Thanks!
