Support IPV6 multiaddresses and nodes #536
Description
Some nodes don't have access to one ipv4 and instead could fully work on ipv6.
We need to:
- look for a public ipv6 in addition to ipv4 (this might be tricky as it's behind docker)
- broadcast the multiaddress including it
- stop broadcasting the ipv4 multiaddress if set in the config
- same for ipfs
- outside of this project:
- check that the scoring system won't interfer
- nor the UIs for field validation
