Round command does not accept arguments

In the readme, Round accepts arguments such as "+" to prevent characters from being removed from the initiative tracker and "-<character_name>" to remove specific characters from the initiative tracker.

As it currently stands, the round command doesn't accept arguments and just clears the full character list every time
