Rearrange namespaces for vscode use

Namespace is currently the filename and used as a unique key.

This should probably just be an absolute path. Needed for module id. May want to avoid namespace as a term for this altogether, reserve for future usage

Would be nice to know what’s used right now. Vscode also offers file protocol and maybe others.
