Can't send file with same name and different content.

Hi

Amazing package! Using it daily, however, in my application, I'm always sending files with the same name, just changing the content, which requires a webpage refresh every time, because for some reason it doesn't let you send a file with the same name as the previous one but with a different content. In my case its .txt files with a few duzen characters.

You this get solder would be amazing, meanwhile, i'm looking for a way to make node-red automatically refresh the dashboard after each send.

Hello,
I tried briefly and cannot replicate the problem (tested with Firefox on Windows).
I am able to:

1. Click again on the "play" button and the same file is sent again;
2. Modify the file, click the "play" button and the updated file is sent;
3. Delete the file, replace with a file of the same name and different content; click the "play" button the new file is sent,

My guess is that some of it might be browser/platform specific. Could you please update to the latest version of this module and test some more?
