XHRInterceptor is moved to private API in RN 0.79

0.79 moves XHRInterceptor from public API to private which breaks this package

@mstrokin I have replaced the from import XHRInterceptor from 'react-native/Libraries/Network/XHRInterceptor;' to import XHRInterceptor from 'react-native/src/private/inspector/XHRInterceptor'; in node_modules/react-native-network-logger/src/Logger.ts which worked for me . Here is the patch instead
