Could you give a bit more context about what you're doing? This isn't really intended to be used as a general purpose library, it was mostly a proof of concept project to see if it could be implemented.

I just cargo build, and cargo run, then use it on local machine (browser) to see how rust perform as a proxy server.

Hi Alex, can you tell me how to test this project? I run cargo build -> cargo run. It prints out listening on 0.0.0.0:9093. So what am I supposed to do next?

Ah right now this isn't really a general library. Right now it just runs a socks proxy on 9093 which you can use to connect elsewhere.

You'd basically just need to find some application which uses a socks proxy and point it at the local instance to see if it works. An example might be the local curl command
