[Idea] Add Raid Cost Calculator

Add possibility to get the raid costs by maybe using data from following site:

https://rusttips.com/rust-raid-calculator/

Something like this:
(ingame command)

/raidcalc sheet metal door

Output:

R++ | Sheet Metal Door costs 63x Explosive Ammo (1575 Sulfur) or 4x Satchels (1920 Sulfur) without T3

Wrong Input:

/raidcalc abcdef

R++ | Cannot calculate raid costs for "abcdef"

Not sure how to display this properly in discord...
Max fields per row in an embed is 3. Perhaps Tool in field 1, quantity and time in field 2 and fuel and sulfur in field 3...

You could do 2 commands. Maybe do /raid which just gives you the cost using explosives and /eco which gives you cost using tools or fire(in the case of wood)
