YTDL_OPTIONS to fix 403 forbidden

Add this to your YTDL_OPTIONS until yt-dlp is updated and a new version pulled into MeTube.
This is specific for yt-dlp 2025.09.23 & MeTube 2025.09.24

Using Portainer/Stacks with the environment variables... the spaces (_args": {"youtube") caused issues in thinking it was a separate column, when delete it fixes the 'stack'

however. I now get error with the

• YTDL_OPTIONS={"extractor_args":{"youtube:{"player_client":["default","-tv_simply"]}}}

Logs have it as invalid option

UPDATE: User Error. Looked over the arguments several times, (youtube) wasn't fully enclosed in ""

YTDL_OPTIONS={"extractor_args":{"youtube":{"player_client":["default","-tv_simply"]}}}

That is the environment variables I plugged in (no spaces) and it works appropriately...
now to try and figure out the subtitles again..

You can now remove this option once updated to MeTube 2025.09.28 as it bundles yt-dlp 2025.09.26 which has the relevant fixes included.
