Description
Lot of users really want this feature. The issues with the current implementation are:
- UI is outdated
- requires additional backend component that does not scale well
Use latest excalidraw UI. this is being worked on in jitsi/jitsi-meet#16392.
re-use the videobridge as the relay for whiteboard data. This would require some extra changes to both the excalidraw and jitsi frontend. Here's the forum post
