Feature request: Add "max-multiplicity" option

Hi!

I wanted to use GGCAT to create graphs with k-mers seen only a certain amount of times max in the dataset.
I realised there was no option to limit the maximum number of times a k-mer was seen in the input.
Is it possible to add such a feature ?

Hello again,

I implemented the option here: https://github.com/TimRouze/ggcat (option flag is -z or --max-multiplicity)
Might need double checking as I am not familiar with GGCAT's code and structure.
I also upgraded the genome-graph library to version 11.0.0 as current version (9.0.0) causes a compile error in the last GGCAT version.
EDIT: Does not work with --colors flag
