How do mainland-China contributors set up payout (Alipay / Wise)? Stripe country list excludes China

Hi! I'm a contributor based in mainland China. When creating a payout account, the country selector (Stripe Connect) doesn't include mainland China — Stripe isn't available there.

I understand Algora also supports Alipay and Wise as payout methods. How do I set one of those up to receive bounty earnings? Is it self-serve somewhere in the dashboard, or does the team enable it manually?
