Setup notification on build deployment failure

Feature Request

Configure GitHub actions to send a message in the discord only on failure of deployment of GH pages.

Description

When GH Actions fails, it sends a message in AAA-notifications in discord. This channel is highly populated with other events.

Create a method of notifying only on deployment failures of master (main).

This can later be also be used to notify if the site is down or has reduced capacity.
