当createForm在组件外部调用且有effects参数时，卸载后再挂载就会丢失effect

unmout的时候clear掉了heart。 form是实例化在外面，第二次进来的时候是同一个实例，并不会重新注册heart。这样的表现是否是符合设计预期的？这种情况不清除是不是更加合理？
