reaction run 支持 JS 函数

语法如下：

reactions: {
    effects: ['onFIeldInit'],
    fulfill: {
       run: async ( field, form , scope ) =>{
           // 普通js函数调用
          const data =  await xxxService.fetchData(); 
          field.setDataSource(data);
       }
   }
}

目前run 必须是字符串，不易于手写代码，同时如果需要调用外部函数，必须通过 scope 导入，不方便。
