用higress作为一个统一的MCP网关，不同的项目在同一个higress使用。higress目前是否支持多租户使用，比如按照项目编号进行逻辑隔离。
controller模块是否有对应的API文档说明书，比如接口http://localhost:15014/debug/registryz的说明以及其他的接口
