useCountDown showing wrong count down time if user local time wrong

useCountDown will not correct with target date if local time wrong or user broken CMOS.
example: my correct local time is 15:xx and release target time is 20:xx so it remaining count down time 3h it's correct.
but some pc with wrong local time due to broken CMOS or some reason will showing wrong count down time.
how I can solve with this ?

useCountdown uses the user's local time, maybe it should support server time, I will think about this feature.
