I would like to add a Kafka flusher that implements the FlusherV2 interface so that it can work seamlessly with other V2 plugins.

Describe the solution you'd like (if any)

I will refer to the implementations of other FlusherV2 interfaces, such as flusher_http and flusher_stdout, as well as the current Kafka flusher implementations (flusher_kafka and flusher_kafka_v2).
