[BUG]: The HasKeys configuration parameter for flusher_kafka_v2 to specify partitions is invalid

The `HasKeys` configuration parameter for [flusher_kafka_v2](https://observability.cn/project/loongcollector/flusher-kafka-v2/)  to specify partitions is invalid.

The bug was introduced by this commit: https://github.com/alibaba/loongcollector/commit/a1019fd9552649f4122ddd8ba9fc8bee3f5e995b.
