The link in the documentation for the visual redistributables is outdated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://meshroom-manual.readthedocs.io/en/latest/first-steps/install/getting-meshroom/platforms/windows.html
2. Click on the microsoft support portal link
3. -> outdated page

Expected behavior
Here is the page I found for the latest installer : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
