Can I sell/use 3D models created with Meshroom? Can media created with Meshroom be used for advertising, publications, training purposes, etc.?

Yes. The intellectual property of media created with Meshroom belongs to you.

What data will you keep and how is it protected?

Meshroom (software) does not collect or share (personal) data that might be associated with the media used or created by Meshroom. How your data is shared is up to you.
