While ssh, camera says it is not on internet

Camera is "outdoor," (h30).
I am trying to connect it to tailnet, but got errors about missing connection.
On start:

In real, as supposed camera IS connected to the interner, and both github and tailscale are pinged normally.
So problem is with the cert on camera side. To install it seems will be tricky: there are no apt, nor cURL is working withuot cert. Will try to add CA cert manually. But there is other problem, - only vi is avialable, I already forgot it's commands )))
Will report there my futher foundinds.

I gave up.
I cannot cURL things I need.
There are no openssh, sudo, apt, make, cc and all workarounds are not working, despite I was targeted them to sd. BTW all distros on ./configure found the lack of the expr.
Really, intervention of authors is needed to, at least, install private key and correctly bind the CA cert.
