[feature request] add motion tracking switch

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have the motion tracking switch in the web interface. At the moment the only option is to enable it from the official Yi app.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Enable it from the app and then, if needed, turn the privacy mode on.

something seems to be already there as I found this MQTT message after I enabled it form the Yi app:
