GNAT FSF 15 doesn't run on centos-9

CI builds using GNAT FSF 15 on centos-9 are failing because gprbuild 25 requires GLIBC_2.35, but centos-9 has an older glibc version. Crate builds with this configuration are failing with an error message in the logs like:

/root/.local/share/alire/toolchains/gprbuild_25.0.1_9a2e6cfb/bin/gprbuild: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.35' not found (required by /root/.local/share/alire/toolchains/gprbuild_25.0.1_9a2e6cfb/bin/gprbuild)

This seems to be because GNAT FSF 15 was built on Ubuntu 22.04, which uses the newer GLIBC_2.35. Previous GNAT FSF builds were done on Ubuntu 20.22, which uses an older glibc. centos-9 doesn't have this 2.35 version.

Perhaps the dependency checks should be extended to avoid building with this configuration?

Ah yes, this is something we already had to circumvent in the regular checks in alire-index. The same will have to be done here, thanks for reporting.
