Describe the bug
internationalization is not a valid tag.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to empty folder
2. Run % alr init --in-place --no-skel --lib zanyblue
3. See error

Enter a comma (',') separated list of tags to help people find your crate: (default: '')
> localization, l10n, internationalization, i18n
Invalid Tag 'internationalization': Tag too long (Max  15).
Invalid answer.

Expected Behavior
internationalization is a valid tag.
Unfortunately internationalization is 20 character long.
I guess a tag length limit of 30 or even 25 would accept most english words.
