Reality configuration randomly stops working

When using the Reality protocol in panel version 1.3.7, the connection
randomly stops working after some time.

When this happens:

• Clients can no longer connect to the Reality inbound
• Reconnecting from clients does not help
• The issue is NOT related to high CPU or RAM usage
• The problem is resolved only by restarting the sing-box core

The same behavior was also observed after switching to a completely different VPS,
which suggests this is not a server-specific problem.

• The issue occurs randomly (no fixed time pattern)
• No obvious error or crash is shown
• sing-box does not exit or panic; it just becomes unresponsive

This problem does not occur in other protocols such as Hysteria 2.
