Parameter binding (SQLBindParameter) is not yet implemented.
SQLFetchScroll / SQLSetPos / SQLBulkOperations are not supported.
SQLGetTypeInfo, SQLSpecialColumns, SQLStatistics, SQLPrimaryKeys, SQLForeignKeys are not yet implemented.
SQLEndTran is not supported (MaxCompute is an analytical engine without transaction semantics).
