Settings migration for backwards compatibility

I had to disable this extension until there is support for migration of the old configuration.

Please consider adding a migration from the old settings format to the new settings format.

The issue commented here as related closing this issue, is not resolved by #90

Just fyi you can downgrade and disable auto upgrade for the extension (this is what we did)

I think I could add a command to VS, to extract old settings in settings.json and use them to produce a tsco.json. Would that work?

That would be much appreciated. But I still think backwards-compatbility would be desired as well.
