Add option to disable `<Hint />`

We provide options for most other features, so maybe we should for this as well if people request it.

Is there a user need for an option? I think this might be something where research shows its just best to show a hint all the time or not?

@joelanman we don't have evidence of a need but I think it's OK to provide the option; gives users one less reason to potentially have to fork the component to get the behaviour they want. Quite a few users will not communicate on our issue tracker if something about it isn't to their liking. Rather, they will just not bother using it.
