Reconsider cursors used with { showAllValues: true }

Right now we're using the pointer cursor with { showAllValues: true } - at the least I think we should probably use the text insertion cursor when the menu is open and the mouse is not hovering directly over the arrow.

Would be good to pair with someone and try some options on this.

Agree that text insertion cursor should be used. This way the behaviour is also similar to that of the <select> element.
