'No Search Results' is read out before any user input has occured

1. Turn voiceover on
2. select the custom template input
3. wait for the screen reader to read the label out
4. Observe 'No Search Results' being read out

This seems to be inconsistent, some examples don't show this behaviour, some instead read out 'Enter 2 characters or more to get results' - but both of these seem to use different localisation strings as one uses tStatusNoResults and one uses tStatusQueryTooShort
