Include a wider range of examples

The current [examples](https://alphagov.github.io/accessible-autocomplete/examples/) show the impact of individual config settings.

Depending on the data, users might want to set up their autocompletes in quite different ways.

It might help to show a few worked examples of total setups for different use cases.
