Handle Sauce Connect 4's end of life #730

Check that our CI will still be able to run tests with SauceLab come 2025
Why
Sauce Connect 4 reaches end of life at the end of December 2024. In CI, our WebDriver uses Sauce Connect under the hood to connect to SauceLabs and run against a variety of browsers.
This feature is provided to WebDriver through the saucelabs package, the official node client for SauceLabs. Seems that they're starting the work to run against Sauce Connect 5, so hopefully it'll be all transparent for us, but it'll be worth a check later this year.
