Help with ivy-posframe #14

Description

@seanfarley

Hi there!

I'm trying to use yequake to launch a frame that is calling a counsel / ivy function but the problem I'm having is that yequake will launch (for example let's say I'm trying to launch counsel-M-x) a buffer even though I'm only trying to have the posframe visible.

I made a hack that will open the scratch buffer and make it very tiny so that it can hide behind the posframe but I was wondering if there was a better way to do this?

This is a screenshot of the buffer that is launched when the code is just (buffer-fns . (counsel-M-x))
