Improved Loading State (+ transition to active) (#64)

* New loading state for smoother visual transition on tools initial load. Also combined header and components alpine instances in 1 'app' instance to simplify frontend

* Added hover state for header icons

* Added preloader for state before css is loaded in the panel. Updated header design and some colours for better consistency with Alpine.js brand. Added svg logo for use in header. Added watcher to check for components change and change the loading state.

* Re-added alpine collective link from merge

* Reverted change to rollup.config.js

* remove styles.css, format tailwind config
