A complete Alpine.js headless UI implementation

@alpinejs/ui tries to implement Tailwind Headless UI with alpinejs. I was surprised alpinejs could used like this. It helps me to better understand the alpinejs internal mechanism. While @alpinejs/ui has some issues:

1. You need to be an alpinejs expert to make a UI component. There are too many low level alpinejs apis involved.
2. It heavily uses Alpine.bind. There are serious execution order problems when use x-data directive with Alpine.bind. You could find there are some hard code @alpinejs/ui directives in the core package directives.js.
3. Current @alpinejs/ui uses directive to implement individual component logic. There will be a big number of directives for a real project at application level. It is not only hard to use, but also easy to cause performance issues.

Vimesh Headless UI implements all components in Tailwind Headless UI with alpinejs + standard native custom element. It is ready for production usage.
