In full-screen mode. the settings icon popup does not appear, but this issue only occurs in full-screen mode. Tooltips are also not displaying, making it difficult to interact with the UI.

Describe the bug
No popups are working in fullscreen mode (its critical bug)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. set Full screen mode and Go to the page try to select date picker in any screen
2. Observe that the date is not populated.
3. Try clicking the settings icon, and observe that the popup does not appear.
4. Hover over elements to see that tooltips are not displayed.
