Get Babel to recieve AFL packets

AFL is playing babel packets into babel ports but it does not seem to be actually talking to Babel

Tricks to try

• make sure that babel logs input packets so you can see if they are being received at all
• look into the AFL code and how exactly it decides where to send packets, perhaps hardcode a fe80 address for babel in it's netnamespace so that AFL simulates a babel instead in a different namespace sending packets
• carefully determine by looking at babel code what state the test packets need to be in to not get dropped by babel
