libvirt is installed and daemons are running on Prometheus. No VMs are currently defined.\n\n## Work needed\n- Create Windows VM using KVM/libvirt\n- Allocate resources (CPU, RAM, GPU passthrough if needed)\n- Configure networking\n- Document VM in systems/prometheus inventory\n\n## Notes\n- May be relevant to agent workflows (remote Windows testing, etc.)\n- virbr0 bridge already exists at 192.168.122.1/24
