Interests section

The users will be able to create or participate in several interest groups. By creating an interest group, a mailing list with the name of the interest as alias will be created. All the users that join that interest will receiving e-mails sent to that alias.
The users should be able to search/browse through all available interests, read a short description of each group and see who is already participating in the groups
