Services keep restarting #2

Hi Team,
I am working on the AWS x64 instance. I followed the steps given in README and followed the third approach to run with tye.
After executing tye run, I could see the services running on 127.0.0.1:8000/. However, services keep restarting, as shown below:
Can you please provide pointers on the same. Also let me know if you need detailed logs for the same.
