refactor: 移除 web 目錄及相關設定
- 刪除 web/ 目錄及其底下的所有前後端程式碼
- 刪除與 web 相關的 Docker (docker-compose.yml) 及 GitHub Actions (deploy.yml, pr-ci.yml, debug_logs.yml) 設定檔
- 更新 AGENTS.md、DESIGN.md 與 README.md，反映目前的專案結構
- 更新 .gitignore 移除不再需要的規則
- 修正 demo/public/CNAME 的部署網域設定1 parent 407bf9b commit 067aac3
