Plan with Oracle skill

Findings: An owner note describing a proof of concept where the orchestrator uses a skill to loop a plan with the Oracle until the Oracle confirms the plan is ready. Reported as working well in testing.

What was said:

• @alvinunreal: the orchestrator can use a skill that, when a plan looks non-trivial, reviews it with Oracle in a loop until Oracle confirms readiness; the PoC tested well.

Open questions:

1. Should plan-with-Oracle review become a built-in skill or command, or stay a user-added skill?
2. How should the loop decide when a plan is "ready" so it does not iterate forever?
3. Should this run only on explicit request, or trigger automatically for non-trivial plans?
