Bug: Softlocked after grabbing "Glacial Peak - Ice Climbers" power seal

What happened?

After grabbing the power seal, the player falls into another screen and softlocks the game.

What were the expected results?

To grab the power seal and keep playing.

Is this reproducible?

Use acrobatics warrior and wingsuit to "pogo" on top of the leftmost green turtle to get enough height to wall climb under the power seal. Then collect the power seal when wall climbing. The player will then fall into the previous screen and will be softlocked. Grabbing this power seal will reward the item to the player through archipelago but it will remain uncollected (not transparent) via the game. I am playing on Logic level: Hard and this was the only way I could see this being possible with the items I had. Via my pop tracker, it said that this check was possible. I will post a screenshot of my abilities and items.

There was another incident where this happened, then I reconnected after the softlock, and archipelago started giving me items as if I had joined for the first time, effectively doubling everything I had. This specific incident completely broke the game and I had to start a new save where I had to wait for archipelago to give me back all my items. I do not know how to replicate that issue, however.

i found and fixed the second issue you had, it was the same as #10, though i'm not sure what caused you to receive items again, other than possibly force closing the game corrupted/deleted the mod save data somehow which might be a thing and i'm not sure if there's anything i can do about it. this falling issue seems like it'll be harder to fix but i'm looking into it. to reach this seal with wingsuit you can do it from above. use the bird to store a cloud step, then glide over the spike pit and take a hit, then you can pretty easily do the rest of it with wingsuit. doesn't even require aerobatics warrior.
