Rework routemap #30
Description
The Routemapper class was written as an immediate solution to copying functionality from a python script that essentially does the same work as this module.
It's magic numbers all the way down, though, and wrapping this in a class was simply a way of trying to ringfence this magic map in an obvious place. Now that the project is live, we need a better approach to doing this work.
This is probably best dealt with by polydock-engine's store injecting an alias for the deploy target used, or something similar.
