What package is missing from Amazon Linux 2023? Please describe and include package name. buildah

usually dnf install buildah pacjage has to be available. but its throwing cmd not found.

Amazon Linux 2023 is not Fedora, and we do not currently package buildah for Amazon Linux 2023. Is this a packaging request for buildah? If so, then this would be a duplicate of #67. If this is attempting to install Fedora packages on AL2023, then this is something that is not supported and may break at any point in time.

As Stewart indicated before, buildah is currently not packaged for Amazon Linux 2023.
