Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, notifications containing event detections are delivered to a user via the user's email address. Due to the user's preference and immediate condition, this might not be a suitable delivery method.
Describe the solution you'd like
Delivering notification via an SMS channel. This would widen the delivery scope to users who are not connected to the internet at the point of delivery.
