Update mlir-air to de32ade and mlir-aie to d8acbc6

Bump mlir-air from 98f2fc3 (2026031205) to de32ade (2026032004)
and update mlir-aie to the commit air targets: d8acbc6 (2026031905),
up from c668d2c (2026030506).

All 14 non-skipped examples pass on NPU2 (Strix/AIE2P) hardware
with these versions.
