Description of the Issue
Hello AMD Support Team,
My account on the AMD AI Academy has been automatically blocked due to a security violation flag while I was working on the practical labs. This appears to be a false positive triggered by the automated infrastructure protection system.
I have been dedicatedly following the learning paths and have successfully completed 12 courses so far. The block occurred consecutively while I was actively progressing through the intermediate course: "Triton Kernel Development On AMD Instinct GPUs" (currently at 33% progress).
I was simply executing the notebook cells as instructed by the course material. I did not run any malicious code, external unauthorized network requests, or infinite resource-heavy loops intentionally. It is highly likely that the rapid execution of multiple course labs or specific kernel optimization code triggered an automated security flag.
Steps to Reproduce / Context
- Logged in via GitHub (
rthgit).
- Progressed through multiple courses sequentially.
- While running the environment for Triton Kernel Development On AMD Instinct GPUs, the notebook disconnected and redirected to the "Account Blocked" screen.

I kindly request a manual review of my Jupyter notebook environment activity and the reinstatement of my account so I can continue my training.
Thank you for your time and assistance!
